Remote Support

If possible, we can fix computer problems by remote support. Remote support is where we access your pc across an Internet connection. We can see your computer screen and control the mouse and keyboard even though we are sitting in our office. This enables us to respond quickly to a service request and because we only charge in 15 min increments it also keeps costs down.

Not everything can be fixed remotely but we will discuss with you if we think it is the best approach.

To arrange a remote session please call the office first. We’ll then direct you to the following website: www.startcontrol.com

Starting the session is easy. You only need to enter a pin code which we will provide and your details and the connection is made – simple! The procedure is secure and once the session is finished we cannot access your pc again. You can watch what we are doing during the support session if you like. You do need an active internet connection for us to be able to do this though.
